Welcome to the 25th Annual Price Chopper/Market 32 Capital Holiday Lights in the Park – continuing the Capital Region Event that has become a beloved family tradition! While so much in 2021 has forced us all to change and/or adapt due to the ongoing Pandemic, we have adapted our 25th Annual holiday extravaganza with minimal impact. Each year, tens of thousands of visitors make Price Chopper/Market 32 Capital Holiday Lights their holiday destination, and this year is no exception!
The Albany Police Athletic League (PAL) has an amazing holiday show planned this year to celebrate and capture the best of the season’s spirit, with many new and exciting features sure to please everyone. Whether you’re starting a new family tradition, or one of our thousands of returning visitors, Welcome to the Show!
The 25th Annual Price Chopper/Market 32 Capital Holiday Lights in the Park drive through runs from November 26, 2021, until January 2, 2022.
Presented by Mayor Kathy Sheehan, the people of the City of Albany and Albany PAL, this year’s show depicts holiday scenes of yesteryear and many new & exciting lighting displays.
Hours are Sundays 5 to 9p.m., Monday-Wednesdays 5:30 to 9 p.m., Thursdays from 5:30 to 9:30 p.m., Fridays 5:30 to 10 p.m. and Saturdays from 5:30 to 10:30 p.m. Admission prices are $25.00 per Passenger Vehicles (capacity of 9 passengers), $35.00 for Passenger Vans & Limousines (capacity of 10-15 passengers), $50.00 for Small Buses, Trolleys, & RVs (Motorhomes) (capacity of 16-28 passengers), $100.00 for School Buses, and $125.00 for Commercial Coaches, with all proceeds benefiting the youth programming of Albany PAL. (Tickets must be purchased in advance for a specific date and time)
Buy TicketsNOTE: Tickets are ONLY valid for the the scheduled DATE and TIME on ticket. NO EXCEPTIONS! Guests may arrive at the gate to enter the queue no sooner than 20 minutes prior to their scheduled reservation time. The gate will close 20 minutes after the last scheduled reservation time for the night.
